Here's a fuller explanation from the Umpires regarding the start: We had a dial up with ALEPH to windward. ORIGIN tacked to bring bow down and were keeping clear. ALEPH then pulled their transom up into ORIGIN causing the collision. ALEPH was penalised under Rule 16 for altering course.
At the moment, the Umpires have taken a point from ALEPH for hard contact who in turn have put a red flag up to request a hearing.
