Wally has launched the second superyacht in two weeks: only ten days later than the launching of the Wally 130, the 30-meter sloop Wally 101 touched the water after the owner’s wife successfully smashed the champagne bottle on the keel fin, during a private ceremony with the owners’ family and the yard building team. .The new Indio replaces the Wally 80 of the same passionate and experienced owner, and combines the further developed hull lines of the highly acclaimed Y3K, with the deck and interior layouts of the previous Indio with the Terrace eon the sea and the aft salon. The Wally 101 features all the characteristics of a round-the-world high performance cruiser that can comfortably accommodate the owner’s family with little children.The result is a “family friendly” blue water performance yacht.
After the stepping and the sea trials, the new Indio will sail to Porto Cervo, and participate in the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta. The owner’s family will then spend the summer cruise sailing in the Greek islands.
